We have a few flavors for your selection:
1) Chocolate fudge using melted French Cacao Barry chocolate & Cacao Barry cocoa powder.
2) Vanilla Vanilla with real vanila pod.
3) Cranberry butter cake with dried cranberries.(option with orange zest!)
4) Mocha : Espresso Coffee + chocolate
5) Baileys chocolate
Fondant is used to cover the cake. The fondant that we used is home made fondant made from good quality Marshmallows.
