Our cakes are rich, flavorful & moist cake which is like butter cake base and chocolate fudge base. It is not the same as airy sponge cake as we need the sturdy structure for our designer cake. The cake is frosted with Cacao Barry (one of the most famous French brand)Dark Chocolate ganache before we 'dress it up' with marshmallow fondant.
